Hazard Assessment Surveys

The Business Community
In today’s world, the likelihood of an accidental release of a toxic industrial material or a deliberate act of terrorism using a chemical, biological or radiological device has increased dramatically. The majority of organisations have well rehearsed plans and procedures within their Business Continuity Plans (BCP’s) for dealing with Fire or an Explosive device in or near their premises. However, dealing with a CBRN event requires a Full understanding of how these hazards may affect a staff, visitors property infrastructure, the surrounding area and business continuity.

Ship and Port Security
The threat from terrorism against shipping and ports has been one of the driving forces behind the International Ship and Port Security code (ISPS) that came into force in July 2004. The code lays down a requirement for a host of new security procedures, equipment and personnel to assist in mitigating this very real threat. CBRN Solutions UK has expanded its already successful CBR building Security Surveys to include shipping and port facilities.
